MK Web Services began as MK Web Consulting back in 2005. At that time MK Web Consulting helped small businesses develop their web presence. Since then both businesses and web based tools have improved significantly making it much easier to develop a position on the internet.

However, having a web presence and being found by customers are very different animals and it became clear, our clients were more interested in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and internet marketing assistance than having a website alone. So, while we do develop website, both static and dynamic our core offer has grown into SEO. We believe this to be an ongoing service rather than consultancy, hence the name change.

In building a SEO business, server performance has become ever more important. If your site isn’t served fast, search engines are less likely to offer you to their customers in the top positions. For this reason we have invested in our own servers, each being optimized for the types of sites they house and the expected load. We were so pleased in the improvements in SEO positions for our clients; we decided to offer our server experience to you. We will work with you to put your site on the correct server for your requirements and/or help you optimize your VPS for both its expected work load and its ability to handle peak loads.
